My wife and I celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary with our daughter, grandson, and son-in-law and the experience was wonderful. The dinner began with a bottle of champagne followed by a salad and the main course. The dinner was outstanding and the prices were comparable to restaurants in Anacortes that do not have the ambience and service of 13 Moons. This was our first visit to 13 Moons and we plan to visit more often since we live in Anacortes. 13 Moons is the gourmet, "go to" restaurant for a high quality meal and outstanding service in Skagit county. At the end of the dinner we received a Happy Anniversary card signed by the restaurant staff. The card is a reflection of the outstanding service we received throughout the entire meal.

Had 6:30 reservations last night. Got there early and got seated just after 6pm. Went specifically for the Prime rib and got told the prime rib was sold out. You open at 5 and we got there an hour later and it was sold out? Restaurant wasn’t full……. Oh well had the rib steak instead and my wife had the Chx Marsala and she said it was good. The steak was good, the scallop appetizer was amazing. Waitress was the best part of our dinner, she was great trying to cover for the outage.

we had 4 people at the table and they charged a 20% for a tip-never again people this was BS-I tip on service not on how much the bill is-

The food was fantastic, Gib ate the blackened cod/crab and I ate the seared scallops, soo good and Jessica our server was attentive and friendly. We go here on special occasions , have never been disappointed
