Our upstairs balcony seating is perfect for groups of any size and offers private salad bar, meat case, and grill. Our unique grill-your-own style allows guests a more "social" dining experience typically preferred with large parties. We also have the ability to create a menu to fit any group size and budget.

Great service, except for hostess, who seemed upset that we preferred a table not near the door. The waitress was fabulous! She had just returned from maternity leave, she was helpful, positive and knew the menu. The meat counter guy was exceptional- perfect cook times. Good happy hour specials.

The manager who was working during our visit should absolutely be fired. The owner should know what we experienced from him. When I first called the restaurant to let them know we were running a few minutes late, he hung up on me. Upon arrival he barely greeted us at the host stand and then walked away. When he finally came back, he mumbled something and we decided we should follow him, and upon arrival at our table, he THREW the menus down on the table as he walked away. When we spoke to our server about it he said he was sorry, but the guy was “having a bad day.” The behavior was inexcusable.

Wrong side dish delivered to table, then 15 min later, when we were almost done eating our steaks, then fries came & they were badly burnt. No apologies AND we were billed for the wrong side in addition to our side of fries. Slow refilling our drinks but then attentive as they tried to rush us out.

We didn’t know it was a “cook your own steak” kind of place so that was a bit of a surprise. The western vibe was cool and the restaurant was busy. Overall it was a pretty good experience!
