   Celebrated my husband’s birthday and he really enjoyed the lamb chops! We are always impressed with the excellent service and food at Aldo’s! We were seated in the back room that provided a lower noise level and extra coziness.

   There were six of us in the party, and everyone thought the food was wonderful. The sea bass, red snapper, and salmon were all cooked to perfection, with excellent complementary sauces that did not overpower the fish. Everything we had was excellent - the cocktails, the salad, the main courses, and the desserts - which we shared. Everyone’s favorite was the pistachio amaretto cake. We had all been to Aldo’s old location on Wurzbach, but no one had been to the new location. We all plan on definitely returning.

   We went to dinner at Aldo’s for Valentines Day. It was our first time there & it was a first rate experience. The lobster ravioli & the lasagna were both delicious & generously proportioned. We will definitely go back!

   Aldo's is the perfect upscale Italian restaurant. Upon entering you are greeted at the host stand and seated with care. The atmosphere has just the right amount of buzz (noise) from chatter and dining and music for the perfect ambiance. We received impeccable service from Sean. He was gracious, prompt, knowlegeable about both the food and wine menus, always around when we wanted him and never in the way. Our food was outstanding. My companion's Cioppino looked delicious with shrimp, mussels and clams in a hearty broth. My salmon was cooked perfectly to order and the flavor was divine. Highly recommend Aldo's to everyone.

   The food was terrible 1/10, atmosphere was nice but this is a fake Italian restaurant not authentic whatsoever. I had 2 bites of my food and immediately had to leave afterwards. North Italia has better Italian and that says a lot about the quality of food here at Aldo’s.

   Excellent food and service with a nice wine selection. It had been years since we had been to Aldos due to a bad food experience. But I can see we should have given this place a second chance way before this. We will be back soon.

    As always, the food was exceptional and we truly enjoyed the Restaurant Week menu items that are not on the regular menu- a nice change from our usual selections. What made the evening truly exceptional was our waiter, Earnesto! So professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.
