What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The service was the best we’ve had in any restaurant let alone Cincinnati. The empanadas were perfection; the fried goat cheese salad impeccable. I don’t think there is a bad dish in the house. Karlyn was so attentive and such a joy. Sullivan was an excellent sommelier with vast knowledge and a great personality to go with it. We gave him our wine style preferences and he paired everything perfectly. Alfio even visited our table which felt super special. Alfio’s is a top notch experience that I would recommend to everyone. We’ve visited so many of the best restaurants in Cincinnati and this one breaks our top 3. Go as soon as you can!

This was my first visit to Alfio's--and it won't be my last! The food was outstanding! Decided to try the six-course tasting menu. Highlights were a silky butternut squash soup with a bit of tang from mascarpone, and crunchy pepitas for textural contrast. Then a perfectly grilled scallop with miso glaze on a bed of chopped snow peas in a white balsamic dressing. The main course of melt-in-your-mouth wagyu short rib over horseradish polenta was also amazing! My only minor critique is that the courses came out a bit too quickly for a tasting menu--but once I asked the server to slow things down they immediately adjusted. Definitely a place for foodies!

Awesome experience. Celebrated our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special. Tyler our waiter was excellent. We really liked they use the team approach to service. Everyone anticipated our needs. This was our first time, and we will return.

Alfio's is an excellent restaurant in everything you expect in fine dining. It truly is a neighborhood Gem. Their pasta dishes are all fantastic as well as their wide variety of other entrees. They have a great wine list and mixed cocktails. We usually also order their chef's special cuisine as it is apparent the chef puts a lot of love into these unique dishes. Last night I had the gnocchi special which was in a creme sauce with shrimp and sausage. An amazing dish which has been so in demand when offered as a special, I'm told it will soon be added to the regular menu. We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints.

First time visiting here. The food and service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and basically a very nice person. Always smiling and checking in on us. Great Manager presence too! The food was so good and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will definitely return back again!

Food was superb! We had a party of 4, each of us with different entrees and they were all excellent. Server was outstanding - attentive, but not overly so, and was clearly enthusiastic about the menu and chef. We loved our first visit and will definitely be back.
