   Really great food and beautiful "converted" house with ambiance, though a bit cold, probably 'cuz we were seated near a window that was drafty. The service was OK at the beginning but slacked off by the time we ate our main entree. It was a bit of a wait for the server to clear the table and provide us the dessert menu. Other than that, we really loved the asparagus soup, my duck confit was moist and delicious, and the desserts were of course delightful!

   Excellent. Service was a little slow, but they were also very busy. Food was outstanding the place had a terrific vibe. We will be back!

   Our party of six experienced fantastic meals with French influences. I had Loop de Mer (Seabass) served over braised red cabbage and carrots - a revelation. My favorite dish was tartar de tomate, another revelation. Our service was a little slow as it was crazy busy on Saturday night. The tables were very tight and really needed more space. Definitely would return, but maybe on a slower evening.

   Anis is a favorite of ours. But, everything was perfect last night. Steak frites a scallop entree delicious.

   Always enjoyed going to cafe Anis but last night, I left disappointed. My roasted chicken was overcooked and dry, the pommes frites did not taste fresh and were more soggy than crisp. No reason to return.

   This is the best French restaurant in Atlanta. My guests from out of town loved the food and ambiance. Authentic French Cuisine in the heart of Buckhead.
