Make sure you know what you’re booking for. We went for afternoon tea and got directed into the restaurant side where afternoon tea isn’t available. This is not made clear on booking and the staff wasn’t at all helpful with dealing with us. The experience wasn’t as relaxing and as enjoyable as it could have been especially after having to wait over 45mins for our table..

It was a great experience at aqua shard, choices of the food is little but the view and atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing so it is worth visiting it and to not be fussy about the food.

I booked a 3-course meal for my wife and me via the OpenTable app for £50 per person (£100 in total) at Aqua, with a reservation at 3:15 pm. When we arrived promptly at 3:15 pm, the receptionist informed us that they were no longer serving lunch despite our booking and offered us afternoon tea instead. To my surprise, at the end of the meal, we were billed £161 instead of the £100 we had planned to pay. This practice feels dishonest, especially since we were not informed at any point that we would be charged extra for the afternoon tea.

The best thing about Aquashard are the views. The food was good but not outstanding. Service was very friendly and congenial but slow at times. Had to remind the waiter that he forgot to bring an order. Great treat for friends visiting from the USA.

Had lunch with my son and the Pork Belly and Sirloin where superb, our table was attended by Kevin and a wonderful Sommelier that made sure the experience was top notch. The view of London,great food and superb service makes this a must for anyone looking for a unique experience.

A wonderful restaurant in London with breathtaking views. My girlfriend and I were surprised by Andres, who served us a special dessert. An unforgettable anniversary experience, definitely worth a try.
