   I can not understand why greeter/hostest/ seaters routinely tell people when they enter (after taking name and confirming reservation) to take a seat and wait for someone to seat you. We can look out on the dining room and see multiple empty tables. Every time we have come to restaurant (a couple dozen times including our wedding)… this has happened Why do we keep coming back??? Great food and amazing service staff

   Food and service were great! The ambiance is a little generic for a high end steakhouse. The bar is underwhelming to meet early for cocktails- I estimate it seats 8 people tightly. Hostess reception is underwhelming as even with a reservation, they hostesses seem unprepared. We chose to stand awkwardly by the bar and have a cocktail, while others were asked to stand or take a seat in the foyer and wait to be called when their table was ready. There were many open tables and it still took another 10 minutes to be seated. I would definitely go back- just with lower expectations.

   well steak was cold, carrots were not very good. very under cooked. Asked about special occasion- so what ? we have our 34 year anniversary and they did nothing- place was so empty and slow - could have been an opportunity to do better -

   the steak was wonderful. The soups were also excellent. We enjoyed the meal greatly and highly recommend.

   Always skeptical about hotel dining but this one exceeded our expectations. Birthday dinner for the wife. Requested a nice table by the window it was perfect. Started off with a bottle of Veuve Clicout purchased by our boys and delivered to the table with very nice note from them wishing their Mom a Happy Birthday. Appetizer was Beef Carpaccio excellent great flavors and awesome homemade cracker. Split a Cesar Salad very good not super garlicky. Main course for us were a filet and the Wagu Strip both cooked perfectly and just the right amount of seasoning. Sides were excellent as well Carrots and Truffle Potato Wedges. To cap of dinner the chef made a deconstructed Coconut White Chocolate Mouse which was not only a beautiful presentation but so light and delicoius. Bottom line don’t hesitate to indulge at this Hotel Steak House it is as good as it gets in any big city comparable spot. Thanks Marriott Ario staff you made the birthday girl happy!

    Beautiful restaurant which we have previously greatly enjoyed. This time the waiter was very hard to understand and he kept rushing us even tho the place was not full. We ordered cocktails and food at the same time at his insistence. The appetizer arrived well before the cocktails. Twice he stopped by to urge me to eat the appetizer even tho we had not finished our cocktails. When dinner arrived my duck was delicious but my wife’s pasta with mushrooms tasted strongly of vinegar and was inedible. It was taken away but there was no offer of an alternate dish.
