    First time for us. Having only 2 options for reservations (11h30 and 13h30) makes it chaotic. Everyone arriving at the same time and going to the buffet makes it unpleasant, getting to stations where there are missing items (no more croissants, we were told they won't do anymore as there is no more dough - but finally some appeared in the basket). Then for at least 1 hour, no more people going to serve themselves. It would be judicious to spread the hours of reservation to control the flow of people to keep it pleasant and enjoyable to get the food. Food was excellent and I am a little disappointed that I did not check everything that was available because we were feeling rushed in a line up and had the feeling it was better to fill our plate instead of going back for a 2nd round. Thank you.

    Our entire experience was delightful and in keeping with our birthday celebration. The dining room was well-appointed, elegant and quiet for easy conversation. The service was very good, attentive and responsive to our requests. The meals were delicious with the one exception of the mahi-mahi being slightly overdone. When a comment was made to our server, he immediately offered a replacement meal which was delicious. We will return without hesitation!

    We booked several weeks ago a table for 2 and ended up being in the middle of the restaurant and the crowd. It was noisy. But food and service were great

    The service was good, the wine was good and the food was good. My friend and I agreed we’ve had better steaks at other local steakhouses in Ottawa. But overall it was a good experience.

    For the first time, I was a bit disappointed due to time it took to be served. This Friday, we reserved at 7 pm and started eating passed 9 pm; almost thought to leave. If the demand is high on Friday, think to increase the number of staff! The food was great as usually though! Thanks. CK

    Le restaurant est très agréable. Il y a de l’espace entre les tables, beaucoup de luminosité et une belle vue sur le plan d’eau. Nous étions pour le brunch. C’est assez dispendieux mais le choix et la qualité sont au rendez-vous. Le service était également excellent. Pour une occasion spéciale, je recommande fortement.
