Overall we enjoyed it. Food was very good, and waiter was excellent. Atmosphere was better than casual but not “fancy” which was actually a good thing because it was welcoming. That said, we had reservations and arrived ten minutes early…only to be ignored by the hostess and have to wait nearly an hour to be sat. Both the hostess and the manager running the front failed to communicate and really set a bad tone. We were not alone and in fact stood with 6 other groups…all with reservations…all ignored like us. At least one group left after getting tired of waiting. If the hostess had simply acknowledged people waiting and said something like “hello everyone, I’m so sorry about the wait. Let’s get you checked in and we’ll have a table ready as soon as possible” it would’ve gone a long way. Instead it was awkward and the manager even said loudly for patrons to hear “please talk to the people.” We chose to wait all the same and did have a good experience once we finally got a table. We both agreed we would be willing to go again, but not on a weekend or busy time. Price for the two of us was $121 though so likely will only go for special occasions.

I didn’t like the little table we were seated at but I understand it was based on when the reservation was made which was 02/01. The appetizers were not worth the money. Everyone that was seated after us had their food before us and the couple next to us was on dessert and we still didn’t have our entrees it was like they forgot about us. Then after we got the entrees it was almost like we were being rushed because they needed that table. I feel like the food was not worth what we spent. Will not do it again.

The Valentine’s Dinner At Elm Street Grill was awesome. My husband’s NY Strip with Cognac Peppercorn Sauce was perfectly prepared, and my Crispy Chicken with Florentine Sauce was lovely. The finish was the best Tres Leches cake we have ever had! A very special night indeed! ❤️

It was a nice experience but the "wine pairing" was dreadful. Food was not good and I didn't get past the first bite, neither did my wife (went to McDonalds after paying $200). The waitress never gave us our appetizer (preordered) and gave us wine but did not ask if we wanted it, just assumed, so cost us $20. The food was awful and the staff appeared to be first timers that were not expecting to throw an event that they self endorsed. Won't be going back ever again sadly but the owner was VERY KIND (only plus).

The Swedish meatball appetizer was exceptional. The beverages were of exceptional quality, and the bartender personally delivered them to our table. The entrees were exceptionally flavorful. The ambiance was impeccable. Our server, Isabella, provided exceptional service.

Gosh we were disappointed. Maybe we were just there on an off night, or maybe we should have ordered non-seafood - the Asian menu items looked very good but we both went with seafood. Grouper had to be sent back to be cooked, and the sauce on the scallops was bland. Service was okay but we felt his recommendations were off. We're not going back.
