Easily the best restaurant in Chester County. The food is amazing, and the staff is very friendly and attentive to all of your needs. The owner came to our table to make sure our visit was a pleasurable one. A MUST for all foodies .... And the bar .... WOW.

Went to Bar Avalon with a friend for dinner. Took them an hour to serve our dinner (after receiving appetizers). We were not served until 9pm with a 7pm reservation.

All around, superb. The staff was attentive and always ready. The food was delectable. I advise the pizza with blue cheese and ribs as well as the truffle fries- Yum! The cocktails were handcrafted magic. I will absolutely be visiting again and dining with my girlfriend. Just be sure that if you are lucky enough to get the couch table, you ensure there is not a party of drunken, bombastic middle aged women expecting the same table.

Used to have such good food. Now it's McItalian. This is a shadow of its former self. What happened? I used to love the Menue di Giorno.

Owner is onsite and keeps drinks and food service moving timely. Food is very good. Happy Hour pricing makes it very affordable.

Came for advertised crab and pasta. No bread or crab hammers/ crackers. No cucumber at bar for advertised cucumber drink. Disappointing.

My wife and I went with friends for a date night and had a great time. We highly recommend the Smoked Manhattan and we discovered it didn't matter what food we ordered; all of it tasted wonderful.

Party of 9 for a birthday dinner. It took 30 minutes to get drinks, we had to ask to order apps, entrees started arriving 1 hour and 40 minutes after being seated but it took several minutes as they came out one or two at a time. We twice complained about service. Manager came over to table...after all food was finally delivered. Food was very good but I don't think we'll be back. Too many good restaurants in West Chester with good food and much better customer service.

Great time at one of our West Chester favorites . Dined outside on warm evening and enjoyed everything from start to finish. Very good service from Daniel. Love Avalon.
