Love this place! We are from out of town and this is the second time we have eaten here. Both times the food has been delicious and the service has been above and beyond! Very nice people. And you can’t beat the view!!

The food and the service were excellent as always. The view was magnificent. The only draw back was the noise level it sounded like we were in the stock market. Very hard to talk and to hear the other person in my party.

View was stunning, variety of fun yummy cocktails and delicious food (we tried cashew shrimp, short rib yakisoba, Korean fried chicken, Chinese broccoli) and great vibe for a 20 something birthday celebration with parents. Attentive but not intrusive service. Very pleased with our first time visit.

We went for the Sunday buffet on my boyfriend’s birthday. For $68 we tried to get our money’s worth eating mostly crab and meat, but they had really good breakfast options too. Some things were disappointing like stale wonton chips and cold meat (bc people would forget to close the lid), but overall it was a good eating experience. The best things were the poke and nutella french toast! The service was on the bad side in my opinion because we were only checked on once at the beginning of our meal and for the rest of the time we had to wave them down for refills and such (they advertise unlimited coffee and tea but have to bring it to you). The guy at the omelette bar was rude and didn’t greet you/try to explain anything, and was obviously bothered he couldn’t keep talking to his coworker lol. The view and ambience were so so nice, honestly better than I was expecting.

Love Bali hai, the food is always delicious. The service charge plus 18% gratuity is my only gripe for a self-service buffet.
