    Esperienza pessima. La definirei una trappola per turisti. Neanche paragonabile al fratello di NY. Servizio pessimo, camerieri maleducati e incompetenti. Inconcepibile non poter scegliere cosa ordinare perché molti piatti terminati. Allora consiglierei di chiudere alla sera o forse proprio di chiudere definitivamente per non rovinare la fama di un locale storico e molto piacevole di New York.

    Absolutely fantastic venue. Lovely place for a family reunion. Had lovely cocktails and the food was delicious. My son especially loved the Balthazaar burger.

    Everything was so delicious. We had soup, oysters and the brie cheese for starters. Steaks, burger and risotto for dinner and all were wonderful. Desserts great too.

    Simply marvelous, food, drinks service and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. A special meal after seeing Mama Mia. Highly recommend the oysters and the French onion soup and to go with friends that love a dining experience.

    The food was only just fair. Burgers were good. The vegetarian main of aubergine was tiny, more of a starter size and just average in taste. My steak was tough and not particularly nice to eat. Fries were really good. It’s very pretty and service was good. I just feel the staff need to remember it’s not a conveyor belt. I appreciate it’s a really busy restaurant but it felt rather rushed and not v relaxing. I’d go back tho as it is pretty and a nice ambience.

    Nice place. Very busy. Not as attentive as some restaurants due to scale of operation. No real complaints. Food was very nice, but felt as though definitely paying for the name so marked down on value for money.
