   Brunch menu was good. I had a hamburger and it was delish same as my companion. The service was horrible, it took the waiter 15 min to come to our table and nowhere to be found. When I asked why it took him so long, nonchalantly said I was busy with a smug face.

   The environment is outstanding for lunch and my party of 3 enjoyed the service and food as well. We had an issue with crab soup, but the manager promptly addressed it without missing a beat. I will certainly be coming back and look forward to enjoying many more meals here. Note: The crab soup issue was that there were small pieces of shell in the soup. I personally understand that this can happen and appreciate that it indicates that real crab is used in the creation of the product.

   Had a colleague on crutches and found it very difficult to access the restaurant. The elevators in the parking garage were not working and stairs were challenging on crutches. We called the restaurant and were advised to take the colleague on crutches to the Hyatt entrance and allow her to use the elevator in the hotel to the restaurant on the 4th floor. The rest room was not in the restaurant so the individual on crutches was again challenged by the distance. Definitely ot a place to go with someone on crutches. Food, service and ambiance were all fine.

   The food was great but was very small portions for the price. I got the salmon which had amazing flavor and was cooked perfectly but for $30 I expected to get more than just the salmon filet and a few crunchy pieces of bok choy. The service was okay but could have been better. The food came out in a timely manner but I did not get my drink (originally received the wrong drink) until after I was almost finished with my meal.

   Great happy hour. Couple of drinks and two appetizers and even a kids meal, all for about $60 including tip. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be going back for a full meal.

   Everything was perfect until I had to go to the restroom. The restaurant doesn't have a restroom and the closest was closed, so I had to walk so much to the Mall restroom.

   This place was definitely a cool spot! I’m a deviled egg fan and I was happy to find them on the menu - the pimento cheese eggs were absolutely delicious! I also ordered the lamb burger - again, delicious! Great happy hour deals as well on the appetizers/shareables and wine.

    Food is excellent and we were well served. We seated outside, as the weather was excellent for it. Maybe that is why all the beverages, including wine, were poured in plastic glasses. I do not understand why, as we all were seated in tables.
