Top 5 dining experiences. The sights, the smells, the tastes were amazing. Price was to be expected in Vegas but would definitely go back and recommend to others.

This is a regular place for us. The tasting menu is what we always get and it always is amazing. It's not cheap, but the quality, diversity and service are the best out there. Highly recommended for high end dining.

Ate at golden steer, SW and Bazaar. First time and was impressed, best steak out of all three.

The food was excellent. The châteaubriand was super tender. The jamon was amazing, but the entrance and reception area smelled like an open sewer. We almost left before we even went inside. Because of the smell, it just really affected the entire meal. They seated us all the way in the back as far from the entrance as possible, and we still could get of the smell.

Incredible experience start to finish. We really enjoyed Matt, too! He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about the food/history of the restaurant, fun and attentive. P.S. Make sure you try the cotton candy foie gras and olives. You won’t regret it.

This is a hard review to write because comparing Bazaar Meat to other steakhouses in Las Vegas is an injustice to Bazaar Meat. This culinary team has such an acute awareness to the quality of food and service they provide to their guests. I have a hard time describing the food, but know going in that individual ingredients you may not normally care for are transformed in incredible ways. Alex and Jerry made us feel like we were the only people in Las Vegas. These are the type of people that make a good restaurant great. Go here and let the Bazaar Meat team guide you through an umami packed journey.

The meat here is definitely the highlight and, most of the other dishes are top notch as well. Regretfully our experience wasn’t as good as I had hoped. My wife and I had just gotten married and I sought this restaurant out as I was aware of chef Jose Andres culinary ability and was very excited to try it first hand and show it to my wife. At the beginning it was really a nice experience. We had appetizers and ordered our mains. Our drinks were promptly brought out and the service was maintained. Once the mains arrived, I ordered another cocktail and the accompaniments came out. The wrong dish was brought out and I had intended to let our waiter know… but he did not return for 10-15 minutes. My cocktail was forgotten about and I sat eating the amazing steak without the ordered side or cocktail for the entire time. It got to a point where I was turning my head frequently trying to find our waiter and his assistant noticed this and had to call him over. It took another few minutes for him to come. When he got there I let him know that we received the wrong dish and I hadn’t received my cocktail. Our waiter did do everything in his power at this point to remedy the problem. He sent over some complimentary items and didn’t charge us for the wrong side. Honestly I thought he did an incredible job to remedy the issues. For me the big problem here is that it was my wedding night, it is a very highly rated restaurant and as things got worse I started to notice the negative aspects of how the restaurant was functioning. I do have a small list of things I noticed in the decor that I would say are flaws. The booths were worn out and starting to crack apart and the tables looked like they were from a dive bar where somebody had scratched the clear coat off with their fingernails and there was a lot of gum under our table. I likely wouldn’t have noticed any of these things had the service maintained through my experience. Great food, not the best experience.
