   We had a really disappointing experience. Despite having an 8:15 PM reservation for my kid’s birthday, we weren’t served until after 10 PM. It was a long wait, and by the time the food was ready the kids at our table were already falling asleep and didn’t even get to enjoy dinner. To make matters worse, the hibachi chef didn’t seem very friendly or engaging. We were seated with another family, but the chef only interacted with them and ignored our side of the table. The management really needs to address these issues—it’s not what you’d expect when planning a special celebration.

   The food here is salty , when they cook ask for no salt or light salt. My reservation was at 8, they got us in at 8:40pm. All chiefs should be more energetic especially for birthday occasions.

   Long wait! Over an hour from our reservation time. And once seated, still took 10 minutes before server asked about drinks. Very obnoxious people in bar area waiting for their table. Not fun for my GF and I. It's easy to understand why they have security there. But the food was outstanding and so was our waiter. He went out of his way to cater to the two birthday girls at our table. The other family's little 6 year old girl and my GF. Benihana would not except our birthday coupon because it's limited to Mon thru Thurs and we went on a Saturday. We understood their policy about M thru Thurs but at their price point there should be a way for us to save that $30 birthday gift. Frustrating!

   My salmon was raw from inside, my son only got 4 shrimps (kids menu) i waited to see if he was going to get more but he didn’t. Show was lovely but I paid 380 for very little food.

    Very good service, chef Mark and his waiter were a great and efficient team. We have been going to Benihanas for years and this was definitely one of the better experiences.
