   Excellent food and service. I was a bit shocked on the 60 dollar margaritas but other than that had a wonderful experience. And yes the margarita was good as well.

   Wish I could have spent time and ate here but went to go check in for my 700 o'clock reservation at 650 for them to tell me it's an hour wait from the time of check in . Blamed open table the reservation website for over booking and there's nothing they can do . As we were getting told to wait at 6:55 the family that's been there since 515 was just getting seated ! No thank you for the amount of money we would have spent needs better customer service and better time management

   This is the second time I have had to wait well over an hour past my reservation time. It’s a bummer this time since I went alone and thought that might get me on a table sooner…it did not. Aside from the wait, the service is always great. Karim was a great server. He was super nice! I didn’t have to ask for my water to be refilled all night. Our chef Alex was the best I’ve had at this location. He was great with the little kid who was celebrating his birthday. Even when some of my food hadn’t been on the cart, he made sure to grab it and cook it-causing him to have to stay an extra ten minutes at the table. They even comped my extra shrimp, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated. I love Benihana. My dad brought my sister and I regularly since we were kids. Aside from the wait time-even with a reservation-it is still the best service and the food is great.

   Because we had children, we had reservations for 5:30pm to celebrate my birthday. We arrived at 5:20 and was told it was a 30-to-40-minute wait. The lobby and bar were packed. We ended up waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes in the backroom. We were finally seated at 6:40 then waited another 15 minutes for service. The chef arrived to cook our meal after7pm. Shawn (Sean) our chef was very entertaining specially with my two granddaughters. Part of our order was incorrect; however, the food was good. Unfortunately, my 6-year-old granddaughter fell asleep before dessert as it was 8:30pm. Three hours is unacceptable when we had reservations. We weren't offered to have a picture taken nor was there a candle to blow out. We have been going to Benihana since 1969 in multiple cities and states and this experience left me disappointed and not wanting to rush back.

   Our Chef Sean/Shawn and waiter Nick were both fabulous. 10/10 recommend asking for both of them. You can tell they both like and care about their job and customers.
