   Have fun waiting FOREVER to get your food! This place will have you waiting an hour after you order before the chef even comes out to cook your food! Horrible experience!! They don’t care either.

   The food was outstanding, the chef was amazing. It would be nice if the chef’s wore mics so us older people could hear them better! We had a very fun evening.

   Highlight was Shane, our chef. Funny, engaging, great at his job. Made it fun for our kids and the food was quite good to boot. Our server was also quite nice and made the experience great for my sister on her birthday. Management, on the other hand, needs to get it together. We made a reservation for 6 and weren't seated until closer to 8. What's the point of a reservation, again? Seems like they need to do some rethinking on how many people they are trying to seat and serve given the number of wait staff and how long it takes to give patrons a proper experience.

   Great experience as always! Our chef, Joseph, prepared our food to perfection and he put on a GREAT show (including “magic”) for us, and the mom with four young kids at our table. Nick, our server, was very friendly and attentive. Joseph and Nick made a great team last night!

   Worst dining experience my family has ever had. We had a 6pm reservation and don’t get seated until 7:10. Then we sat at the communal table waiting for our cook to show which they didn’t for another 20 minutes (could’ve been longer but after waiting that long, we got up and left)

   I'm have been going to Benihana for decades. We have always loved it. But lately the experience has been so lacking. A month ago it took 1:30 mins before a cook came. We left. The reason given was lack of cooks that afternoon. Today they had a '"new cook". The food was so sub standard. Chicken without sauces and super dry.. Shrimp literally so over cooked it was crusty. Food cooked in the strangest order from the norm. Anyway, I love this place but it's going through some things.

    The cook was excellent so friendly food was 9/10 but the FRONT LADY SKINNY WITH FINGER TATTOOS SO RUDE AF I was waiting for 1hr and 15 minutes just for a Party of 2 ppl CRAZY
