   We had a reservation but despite this were told that we would have to wait 20-40 minutes to be seated, and many other people with reservations were also waiting. Since we had a child with us, that was not ok. We cancelled the reservation and went elsewhere. Ratings are thus arbitrary since we did not eat or drink anything. The restaurant was packed so is clearly popular.

   We had a 7:15 reservation. Didn’t get seated until after 8. They need to do a better job with time management communication because a 45 minute wait, especially with kids is unacceptable. Why even have a reservation.

   I have been going to Benihana since the time my now adult kids were little. Little has changed except the prices - which have increased close to 100% Food & Drinks cost as much as New York - which should not really be the case. Plus it was really really cold in the restaurant making it an unpleasant eating experience !! In future we will look at fine dining restaurants which might be better & less $$

   The meal is meant to be part show. It wasn't bad but nothing like it used to be. It feels very bland now. The food was ok but mostly overcooked. It's still an experience, just missing soul.

   I have been a great fan of Benihana for almost 40 years and have always enjoyed the restaurant. I will continue to go, it’s just this one time, the food was peppered and salty way way way more than necessary. It was unpleasant to eat. Even the hibachi cooktop was completely coated in salt and pepper. I believe this is just an isolated incident.

   Benihana has almost doubled its prices for all hibachi items. In addition, fried rice is no longer included in the base price of the all-inclusive meal, rather it is a $6.50 upcharge per person. Be prepared to spend upwards of $50 per person, not including the $17 mixed drinks. The value no longer matches the pricing in my opinion. Probably my last time to Benihana for a while.

   Service was excellent ! Very attentive server. A lot of onion in the dishes, compared to other hibachi dinners we have had. A large portion and we were happy to take food home.

   The service could have been better and the pricing was outrageous. $40 dollars for hibachi steak that was not even that great.

    The only problem I had was it was extremely cold at the table that my party was sat at.
