   Waites 15 minutes for service at bar for lunch. Finally left due to lack of service. Really disappointed and they seem very disorganized!

   The chef was friendly but maybe new to the game because it wasn’t a great “show” per se but the food was good! Same for the waiter, he was friendly and efficient.

   1.5 hour wait is ridicules, asking to park across the street in a completely unlit parking lot is unacceptable.

   Benihana Burlingame was far overbooked for our Saturday evening birthday dinner. We arrived on time for our 6:15 reservation but we were not seated until well after 7pm. The restaurant was overcrowded and extremely noisy; staff was stressed and so were the customers!! I appreciated that staff appeared to try their best under the circumstances, and the food service (though also delayed throughout the meal) was good. That said, it was an all around disappointing evening.

    We came here for my nephew’s birthday. The food was okay, but the portion was small for the price. The greens in our salad were almost white and bitter, not very fresh. The chefs used to do a little show, but our chef didn't do much. I think this is overpriced for $60 - $80 per person.
