   We came here for a small family birthday dinner.3 of us 2 adults and 1 child. The price was 200$ just for dinner. And tip. We did not order any alcohol or appetizers. The price would have been fine but the other couple sitting in the area with us had a seafood allergy which caused the order of service to change. (They need a better way to handle that) also, the rice sat for so long while attempting to not cross contaminate for the other party that by the time we were served it was hard and crunchy, and the shrimp was chewy. I did not eat my meal I actually took everything home. It was definitely a waste and not a good birthday dinner experience at all.

   Our server was terrible, had an attitude all the way up until it was time to tip at the end of our expérience, then she decided to be civil. BUT our chef made up for everything, he was amazing!

   The food was great, the chef was amazing. The problem came when I told them it was my daughters birthday (12) when I booked, when I arrived, when the waitress came, when the chef came and I still had to remind them 2 more times, and nothing happened. Other tables were sung to, but not my 12-year-old? She also didn't ask if my kids wanted dessert- just handed me the check. I will not be going back. mino but her only request was a restaurant that would sing. We did it ourselves then left. Stick with Osaka.

   Sat for over one hour at dinner table before Someone came and started cooking’!! I ordered the top seafood dish and it was not started for almost another hour!! It was the worst dinner I ever had!! It cost me $100 to have a meal that I ws Really looking forward to!!

   Service was unsat. Maybe due to staffing issues but waiter was impatient and slow. Food came out slow. Had to ask for neckerchief and silverware. Overall bad experience. Unlike any other time I have been to this establishment.

   Cassandra, our server, professionalism was top tier. Leo, our chef, endured our meal was cooked to perfection, especially my filet mignon of the land and sea entree. Can't wait to go back.
