   Worst ever Reservation at 7 pm - seated at 8:15 - no food or chef at 8:45pm Rude front desk - rude manager - and zero accountability. Go to Kyoto palace instead

   We had to wait 45 min to be seated when we had a 6:30 reservation. The reservation system should space out times by 45 min, not every 15 min. Chef Heli was great! Our waiter told us that he burned himself earlier in the day but didn't receive treatment and that employees don't get breaks.

   If they could only manage their reservations better, this would be a 5-star place. We only go once a year for our kiddo's birthday and it is their choice, so I put up with it. What is the point of a reservation if you still have to wait almost an hour? Fifteen minutes is fine, but this is just too much. They need to do better. Food and table service was great. Our chef was fun and overall a good time.

   Everything was great, but we waited 45 minutes to get a chef while tables that came in only waited for 15 minutes to get a chef.

   The chest wasn’t friendly at all and lack of experience and extremely and unusual slow. Everything else good. Wait time was way too long too.

   This was 4th time there but not great experience. Managers had no clue on how to fix situation. They only dressed up to show up that they are there. Service was slow and our order was taken incorrectly and chef didn’t bring all ingredients. It was a long wait experience where folks that arrived after us came, enjoyed their dinner and left.
