   From start to finish, we had a terrible experience. Our reservation was at 7:30, we did not get seated until 9pm. We had to notify the manager when we noticed people seated after us started getting their chefs first. When our chef finally came out to cook, he had to call our waitress because she forgot to put down another party’s order so he didn’t have the ingredients to cook his meal. By the time the bill came, there were corrections that were needed to be made, and we didn’t leave the establishment until MIDNIGHT. We left tired and defeated. I don’t recommend going here u til they fix their reservation system and service.

   We had a reservation for 6:15 PM, but did not get seated until 7:15 PM. We had a new chef. I am not sure, but I think his name was Brian? He started cooking our meal. He made the chicken fried rice. but he poured an entire bottle of soy sauce on it. He took the lid off the soy sauce jar and poured the entire bottle onto the rice. He continued to make most of the other food. He got down to making the last two steaks for people at our table. Then he accidentally knocked over my water and it splashed all over the table and started steaming up everywhere. He ended up burning himself and had to leave to go to the hospital they had to give us a different guy to finish cooking our food. The original chef burnt all of the shrimp appetizers to the point that they were not edible. Most disappointing experience ever at this restaurant. The floor had shrimp tails all over it. And food everywhere. The grill was filthy. I feel really bad that he burned himself. I hope he is OK.

   Unfortunately the other reports about super song wait times are true even on a Sunday night. Booked for 6:15, arrived at 6:05 and left at 6:45 as we were still waiting. At 7:15 we got a call (surprised they make the effort) when we already finished diner at a restaurant nearby. Will not go there again, unless they fix their overbooing system

   Benihana has great customer service IIt was a great experience. And the food is so delicious, clean environment and that wait was not long.

   Table service and food were excellent. They were quite busy which delayed seating, for an early (5:00) reservation I felt it too long of a wait. Men’s restroom was a mess. I think there was an attendant but some people are slobs

   Had a reservation for my hubby and I had a celebration to celebrate are anniversary and for his new job position and it was horrible they need to organize there self a little more with the reservations like why have them if u still have to wait 3 hours take in mind my reservations was at 8:30 I got sat down at 9:50 almost 10 got out of tht place at 12:00 like no way like tht to much hours for your table like are table has to be ready already knowing they have people type on the page like people who walk in could wait they had the ability to get reservations on time dats not are fault but never again it was my second time but not again coming here they make soo much money and still cant provide with nothing smh only with some chicken thing they was passing out for 200 hundred people tht was on the floor okay

   made a reservation for 7pm. was told they were 45 mins behind schedule. finally got a table at 8:30pm. It was my son’s birthday dinner, totally ruined. what’s the point for people making reservations if you can’t guarantee seating?????

   Chef Cristian made our first experience there amazing. We were his first table of the day and did such a great job. He cooked everything to perfection and on top of that he was great to talk to and kept everything entertaining. When my girl and I return I hope he’s our Chef again 🔥 left him a $20 cash tip hope he received it

    Splash and meadow is the way to go with 2 chicken fried rice. Had a great time / date with my love and we enjoyed the live cooking show from our chef.
