   We ended up not being able to dine because the restaurant was running an hour and a half behind schedule. Very disappointed.

   We had a 6:15pm reservation, which we'd made weeks in advance, on Mother's Day and were not sat until 7:45pm. We then waited at least 45 minutes before our food was cooked. Our waitress, Keirra, did a nice job but it didn't make up for the ridiculous wait time, completely unengaging cook who rushed through the service, and lack of any manager or employee acknowledging the very obvious issues and poor experience. Several in our party were also ill from the food.

   I made a reservation several weeks in advance for Mother’s Day at 5:30. When we got there at 5:30, I was told there was a 1 hour wait (ended up being 1 hour and 15 min). When I expressed frustration to the host, he told me that making a reservation doesn’t guarantee a table at the time of my reservation, but just guarantees a table sometime that evening. Based on how many people were waiting inside and outside the restaurant, and the wait time, it was obvious they significantly overbooked. Once we got in everything was awesome. The food ended up being great, and I would give our chef a 5 star if I could. Very disappointed, though, in the wait. Lots of people were mad.

   Our chef was not very engaging. He didn't talk much and there wasn't much of a show. We paid $7 extra each for fried rice, for two of our orders, but thebother two in our party did not get the steamed rice until the end of the meal. The shrimp was not deveined and the steak we ordered was supposed to be medium rare, and several pieces were barely cooked.
