   Dinner, service and experience was fine. The food was very salty, drinks were pricey, couldn’t understand the cook and it was rather loud. It was busy, but I will not be returning.

   One of the best experiences we’ve ever had at Benihana’s. Our server our chef and the food was awesome.

   Always a wonderful experience, from the food to the service. Always worth the drive in from Canada for Chef Steve! He never disappoints!

   We were excited to celebrate two birthdays and have been to this location many times. We were seated right at our reservation time. Our waitress took our orders and everything was fine. We went early, so it was not busy. Some got sushi and asked for soy sauce. Someone in our party had to walk towards the kitchen to ask another wait staff to get it. Our server was very slow to get us anything. Half the table needed refills when the chef started cooking, he finished cooking no server, We grabbed our own boxes still no server. She gave us refills with the check. The rice was undercooked. So disappointing.

   It was a terrible experience had a 730 reservation did not get seated tilll 820. The table received as next to a very drafty emergency exit. People vaping in the lobby shouldn’t be up to the guests to tell people to stop. Managers never even went and talked to the offenders

   It had been at least five years since we've dined at Benihana and we were pleasantly surprised. Although we had a reservation there was a bit of a wait that we weren't expecting, however, once we were seated our experience was wonderful. Our waitress was literally perfect and our hibachi chef was fantastic. Food and drink orders were taken promptly, refills arrived when we needed them, I can't say reiterate enough about what a great experience we had. The only negatives are that the restaurant itself seems a bit dated and the restrooms were in urgent need of attention. The toilet paper roll was literally on the floor. I was honestly kind of shocked by the state of the restroom. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.
