   Our waitress overcharged us on beverages, was not present and willing to help us, and the cup that we got was dirty. The only good part of the experience was the chef preparing our food, he was a kind, entertaining, and professional guy!

   Had a traditional Benihana meal with excellent service and great food. Oscar is a great chef and Christina did a great job taking care of our table. Tonight’s experience reminded me of old times at Benihana. Our order was taken promptly, didn’t have to wait long for the chef to arrive and we were in and out within 1.5 hours. The Farmington location is well managed. Wish I could say the same for the Troy location. We stopped going to the Troy location because the time to be served was so bad. Great job Benihana Farmington Hills!!

   waitress charged me for six people instead of 4, after being told succinctly that there were 4 people on the bill. This resulted in a number of errors and us sitting there for an extra 20 minutes. little was given to us to make up for the fiasco. If it would not have been for the honesty of a lady sitting at my table, I would have spent an extra $120.

   Food was great. Finally staff. No complaints. We went for my son’s 20th birthday and had a great time. Ifs it loud but that’s the nature of the hibachi grill experience.

   Service was attentive, food was very good, though seafood was a bit overcooked, and pricing seems to be getting a bit out of control.

   Reservation was at 630 and they didn’t seat us until almost 830. Was a birthday party that was sullied with delays. The food was salty and heavily peppered. I had to tell the cook several times less seasoning.

   Food was good server was too busy so their was a lot of errors and things took a long time to get but once i finally received it everything was good.

   Took my 5 grandchildren there for dinner which took from 6:16 to 8:30!! Afternoon waiting 20 minutes for the waitress to great us. Then after soup and salad waited 50 minutes for the chef to start preparing our food. After numerous complaints to the manager I was told their system had a glitch which caused the delay.
