   Great food and great service as usual at Benihana- Westheimer! I try to get there at least once a week! Phat Lu (chef) did a great job!

   I had been craving Benihana for some time and the perfect momento go was for my mom’s birthday. It was 4 of us. Once we were seated I have noticed the grill and table had leftover pieces of food. I had mentioned this to the server and she then stated the chef was going to clean it. However, the chef did not clean the grill nor the table correctly. I had noticed some tables were the same way and so it all depends on the personnel and manager that doesn’t check the cleanliness. I have rated the food at 2 stars because the chef over cooked the eggs to the point of having a burnt taste. We even never got the whole show like it used to be. I got up from the table and went to speak with the manager. We only got $23 off of our 165 billed. Left unhappy and hungry. Food didn’t taste the same and we just had a bad dinner experience.
