   The server was terrible. She carried the experience for the table and we left early. The check was incorrect, she offered no help to correct the issue and the wait for the error was more than an hour. She did not care. I will not be back. Bad service lady.

   We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. We feel the upgrade from steamed rice to fried rice was not communicated as an upgrade and overpriced. Food tasted great but service was less than par.

   Even with a reservation, we were seated 15 minutes after we got there. But we were not actually brought out with a server until 40 minutes after being sat. Our waiter had only been on the job for a week and was trying his best but was given too many tables. The whole experience was 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. The food was actually really good despite the poor service.

   Our reservations were at 6:30, we arrived at 6:10, knowing we would need to wait until at least 6:30 to be seated. We were not set until 7:09. We order drinks and they dis not arrive until 1/2 through the cooking of the food. We ordered a second round right away and it came just as we were finishing our food. No fault to the server at all who was very pregnant. If you’re unable to accommodate reservations in a timely manner, open table so have been cut off from taking additional reservations and priority given to reservations over walk ins.

   We don’t get our table for 30 minutes past our reservation time. We were there ahead of time. Once seated it took a very long time to get drinks, probably because there was one very pregnant waitress and the poor lady had all of the tables. We couldn’t get refills even for water the whole night. The food was alright, but wasn’t much of a show. The pricing for what it was high. We kept having to remind him what we had ordered too. Overall wouldn’t return or suggest. Badly needs a renovation and cleaning and staff.

   The customer service is pretty bad in this place. I’ve been to several Benihanas and this by far is the worst, maybe they were under-staffed, no idea, but they had 1 person at the host stand and really slow servers and bartenders. Even the show isn’t as good.

   The first thing we noticed was trash near the front doors. And not just trash from today. There was trash that had clearly been in the landscaping directly adjacent to the doors for awhile. We visited on Christmas, which we do most years, and the general mood was low. The food was good, but the experience was just meh.

   I would have give it a 5 star across the board again however they need to improve their check in needs to improve. I had to let them know I was there twice, if they paged or used cell it would be better. We have made this a Christmas Eve tradition for six years in a row.

   Hot, expensive and overbooked; the place is in need of a complete renovation. We had various menu items prepared at the table by a chef. Dishes adequately prepared. While ice cream came with the meals; non offered..

    We very much enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner! Jasmine, our server, and Silvestre, our chef, were very attentive and took great care of us. Everyone ate well and no one left thirsty. Management was doing a super job "managing" the chaos of the evening. It was a pleasant experience and I know we'll be back to this location soon! Merry Christmas!
