   2 stars… took an hour to be seated.. another hour for food, and that wasn’t great. I’m a regular customer so this isn’t me just ranting. I have had better experiences at the same location.

   I made a reservation on December 9th for a birthday dinner to celebrate with a few friends. I confirmed my reservation the day prior via text and called the morning of on January 18th to downsize my party. Upon arriving we were seated pretty quickly and I informed the employees at the front we still had one person who would be arriving. My last guest arrived about 20 minutes later as the chef had arrived to our table. Despite there being an empty seat available she was told at the employees were refusing to allow her to join us because the table had been closed. She insisted she was fine with just sitting with us if it was too much on an inconvenience to order food. A slim African American man with glasses about 6'3 informed us he would not allow her to sit with us EVEN THOUGH there was an empty seat and she agreed not to place an order. The man made us get up and instructed us to the booths where we were able to sit together. This is my 2nd time at this location and both experiences were terrible. A terrible way to celebrate my birthday. We also had an employee ask to take pictures of us which would be printed. He never returned with our pictures leaving us to wonder why he took our pictures on what he claimed was a company cell phone

   Dear Rachel! Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. Celebrating a birthday should be special, and we’re sorry we fell short. It’s unacceptable that your last guest wasn’t allowed to join despite the empty seat and her willingness to forego ordering. Additionally, being asked to move tables was inconvenient and should have been handled better. The situation with the photos is also concerning, and we’ll investigate why they were not delivered as promised. Your experience does not reflect the standard we strive for, and we will address these issues with our team to ensure better service in the future.

   All though the staff were friendly, the service was slow and the wait staff was not conscientious to us. We had to search for our waitress several times only to see she was on her phone in the kitchen area. The habachi chef did great, the food was great but the service, not so great
