   I guess service switched hands and our appetizers were never bought out and we had to ask multiple times for our drinks. Not our new servers fault. Jake took over and did a fantastic job!! Our cook was just ok and food lacked seasoning. I would give them another try at a different time of day.

   With the exception of other patrons that were upset and angry and throwing explicit language and threats to the hostesses our experience was amazing! We went to celebrate 3 of our birthdays as a family of 9. The employees were nothing but kind and accommodating. Our chef Carlos made our dining experience so fun and memorable. And our waitress stayed on top of our drinks and empty plates and bowls to keep our area clean. This was our first time to eat here and we will be back

   Had reservation and still had to wait over an hour to be seated. The food was pretty good although we had to wave down servers for drinks and refills. The hibachi show was below average. Not much interaction and I’ve been to other hibachi restaurants that were much more entertaining.

   DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant as a 39 year old. I booked a reservation for 6:30 PM on a Saturday night. I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation, to a packed parking lot. There were no spots in the whole parking lot that people started parking in the hotel next to it. I dropped my wife off at the front to have her check in. They told her that they were behind on their reservations about 30 minutes. I finally was about to get a parking spot in the Benihana lot. We waited for 45 minutes and we still were not seated. My wife went to ask about the time and the lady told her it would be another 30 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes they finally called my name. I walked up to the front and told them I'm here. They said oh, and they already walked another "Eric" to the table. The hostess went and told Omar that he sat the wrong person. Omar said that they were already seated and he would talk to the manager "Jesus." We stood in the middle of the dining room for 10 minutes while nobody said anything to us. I saw a guy in a blue shirt "Jesus" and I asked him for help. He said that he was busy and he would be with me in a minute. We waited another 10 minutes and decided that this place just wasn't worth it. My wife talked to another manager and all they could do was make us wait longer to get seated. This has to be the worst ran restaurant that I have ever seen. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you have hours to wait past your reservation. I wonder if the food would even be that fresh or good at this location as well with such poor management and employment.

   Food was excellent, the server was the problem. She disappeared halfway through the meal and everyone went without drinks the rest of the meal.

   First time we had a female chef!!! She was great Food cooked great and tasted fantastic! Server was very attentive. I wish they would get the vent a hood fixed. They do not draw the exhaust good. You can see it bypass the hood. I think one problem, is they are not big enough,,, size wise. So what happens grease buildup on them, and the grease drips! Anyway

    As always, we had to wait 35 minutes for our table to be ready even with a reservation. Service was slow.
