   The service this go around was terrible. I would blame management. You all were extremely short staffed. Reservation was at 730, Chef didn’t make it out until closer to 930. Chef Pedro was great. Table across from us sat after us and their actual server put their whole order in while we just got the manager to only take our drink order 30 minutes after being seated. Dinner took over three hours and was more of a draining experience versus a relaxed or enjoyable dinner experience.

   Awful service! Table across from us seated 10 minutes after us, got soup salad & chef more than 10 minutes before us. Left 45 minutes to an hour before us. Reservations at 6:30. Left restaurant at 9:17. Took server more than 40 minutes to check us out. Our party of 5 & another party of 3. They were still sitting when we just threw enough money down to cover & leave a small tip. More than 3 hours for dinner. Unacceptable. No manager cares- they saw us sitting there for more than 30 minutes. Avoided eye contact with our table & never spoke with us or helped our server out. Drink refills only once. Never got actual paper receipt. That was the worst service/meal ever & by the way the restrooms were deplorable. Paper towels all over floor, trash full. Those managers should absolutely be fired!!! Spoke with host stand upon leaving cause they couldn’t find manager. Another waitress said she saw it all & served that table across from us & couldn’t believe we sat that long. Horrible. Absolutely horrible

   We were seated 45 mins past our reservation time. The waitress gave terrible service and was ridiculously slow. Even when it was time to pay our tabs she kept leaving her machine at the table and walking away. Only thing that was good was the chef. No way we should’ve been at this place for 3 hrs. And I inhaled so much smoke I had an asthma attack. Ive been to most Benihanas is Dallas Tx and this one has the worst ventilation ever Yea I won’t be going back

   Waited almost three hours for our food. Tables could be reserved but the restaurant clearly did not staff enough hibachi chefs. The chef at our table was great and so was our waitress. However the check was over $200. I would not return.

   I have been a loyal customer of this location for years, frequently dining here and supporting the establishment. Recently, I made dinner reservations for my leadership team and also ordered a meal to-go due to my long work hours. Unfortunately, the to-go meal was not properly cooled throughout, which was incredibly disappointing. Given the consistent support I’ve shown to this location, I can't help but feel frustrated by this experience.

    Benihana needs better birthday coupon. The coupon should be for any meal time. Just add a lunch coupon and a dinner coupon. Different birthday discount for lunch and dinner. Other than the coupon discrepancy, everything was great.
