   Our server never came to see us ONCE. I had to stand up find a water pitcher and refill my own water.

   Have always wanted to go to Benihana. I lived in Japan for 6 years so am a fan of tepanyaki. My husband and I chose seating in the bar area since it was just the two of us. We were seated in a quiet, intimate area next to windows overlooking the snow covered Japanese garden. Beautiful view despite the urban setting! We selected meals from the specialties section of the menu - excellent value for what you get: grilled filet mignon, veggies, shrimp, lobster with soup, salad, green tea and sherbet! The food was fantastic! Grilled to perfection with ginger and garlic sauce and a mustard sauce for added umami. Delicious! You don’t have to be seated at the communal grill with a view of the chef for an excellent meal. Can’t wait to go back!!

   The waitress had no idea how to explain the menu. The food was disguising!! Will NEVER go back & will tell everyone that what a horrible experience it was.

   The food was delicious as always I got hibachi steak and chicken fried rice and loved it. The chef was entertaining and we asked for extra garlic butter and it was no problem thanks.

   A little small and a little pricey was shocked when I found out my food did not come with noodles that was an extra charge when I go to chi tung and it comes with it and you pay extra for chicken fried rice. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here, but the food taste was pretty decent. only thing I didn’t not like is I paid about $10 more and got less

   We went the day before Valentine's Day to avoid heavy traffic. The plan worked. I had a reservation for 6:15P. We were asked to wait as we had arrived early, but nonetheless we were seated at 6:15P on the dot. The Lady that brought drinks, soup, salad and refills was just okay. There was a lot of lull in bet ween visits to our grill. My date ordered Steamed Rice while the other 5 of us at the table ordered fried rice. Her Steamed Rice arrived essentially AFTER the meal was consumed. Daniel the chef, however, was awesome. He had extra little jokes that I hadn't heard before like High Sodium/ Low Sodium, and the heart attack, very funny. I have been to Benihana and other restaurants like it probably over 50x now. This was the best tasting food I have had. The establishment itself was really noisy the night we were there, though the 2 other couples at our grill were great to sit with.

    The food and show was very good but the beverage service was almost absent. They must have been short staffed.
