   Our experience was definitely underwhelming. The atmosphere had a “soup kitchen” type of feel. It was noisy and crowded with the feeling of there being too many tables set on very grimy looking carpeting. The bathroom also left a lot to be desired. I he food was okay, but overall, this wasn’t our best Benihana experience

   Food was good but pricey. Our cook didn’t have much flair basically just cooked our food. Didn’tt cook the food correctly and gave people overcooked steak.

   Chef overcooked my tuna steak. A second was sent and that one was also overcooked and tasted bad. Our server was very attentive and helpful. This is the only time I’ve ever not enjoyed my meal at Benihana.

   Is a mixed review: let’s start with the food, always delicious, well prepared and good quality. We have been to Benihana many times because of the food and the experience. Sadly this time, the experience was nonexistent. Our chef had little interaction with the table, there was no volcano show or rice heart show. We looked around the other tables, they were enjoining a show but we had none. Our table consisted of two parties and we both left disappointed that we didn’t a great experience. We didn’t even take pictures!

   Chow is the best!! He always makes sure to cook the food the exact way you want it ! He is entertaining and personable. And his food is ALWAYS great! Ask for CHOW when you go to this location.
