   Reservation was at 6:45 on a Tuesday. We didn’t sit down until 7:20. Ordered right away but took a half hour for drinks. Cooking didn’t begin until just before 8pm. My 6 year old was starving at this point. Our cook looked miserable and was not interactive at all, which was the whole reason we went here while on vacation. Food was just average.

   We waited for the food for over an hour and it never arrived. We left the restaurant and no one came to say anything, there was an infernal noise and the worst service I have ever had in my life. We went to the restaurant and didn't eat.

   Service was extremely slow and server was unattentive. Took a while after we were seated for a server to attend to us. One of the hostess had to track him down. One refill the entire 2+ hours we were there and I know he had no control over the kitchen being backed up but honestly, we were there before the “rush” as he called it and the restaurant was not crowded nor were there folks waiting outside or in the lounge area to be seated. Our server just seemed all over the place. Drinks came after appetizers and I had to ask several times for the rice bowl for my toddler as our entire entree was super delayed coming out and even my toddler’s meal (rice only) came minutes ahead of our entree and the food was not hot! Honestly I would return to the restaurant probably during lunch and just appetizers seeing that was the quickest to come out. Really disappointing for the value we paid. Also, we did not sit in front of the chef’s station. We were seated in the patio area. Perhaps the reason we were not given the attention other diners experienced.

   Reservations for 6:30. Sat around 7:15 and didn’t finish until 10pm. Service was extremely slow.

   This was horrible. Waited hours for a table. Crowd was not pleased. This restaurant is clearly taking too many reservations.

   My experience was pretty good my family and I done here quite often per our request we did have Chef Maurose who is always outstanding great cook and always a delight to have as our chef he is the reason we always come back to dine at the Miami location

   What a terrible experience for our daughters 8th birthday. Once seated, took over an hour to get just one drink. Someone at our table tried to speak to the manager and she was very rude and hostile, didn’t care about his concerns or anyone at the table. The chef, Carlos, was great and tried to cheer everyone at the table up but it fell short. We appreciate you, Carlos. The rest of your team could learn a lot from you.

    Took more than 1 hour after seating down for the h ch f to come to the table. Everyone else sitting at the table were so frustrated that they left without eating after waiting for 1 hour. My son and I ended up eating alone at the table. Food was not good either. Cheap steak and the colossal shrimp were tiny. People at other tables were so frustrated as well. Worst experience ever!
