   We had an awesome cook, Phionum (spelling). Without us saying anything he saw our daughter was frightened by the loud noises and he still did all the tricks plus some we’ve never seen at a level where she didn’t have to cover her ears and bury her face . This was the first time she was able to watch a show and interact with the cook. We will be back and I hope he’s still there.

   Server went above and beyond what was expected. She was polite, attentive and professional. The food was excellent as was the presentation.

   Surely not as good as other experiences in other hibachi restaurants. The shrimp were tiny and not great taste. Filet had too much fat. Service was ok. One time here and done

   We have Kani House near our home. It is far superior!! There were only a few families eating hibachi; yet they crammed everyone on to 1 table! There were 10 adults on our side of the table. Cramped & uncomfortable. The other side was full as well. 2 chefs/ 1 for each hibachi/each side of the table. I was on the end & was getting continually bumped as there wasn’t enough room for carts & supplies for the 2 chefs with the number of orders…. I will never eat at a Benihana again.

   Great except seat cushions were really worn down with no padding left in them.

   We left after being seated. Very expensive and did not include noodles or hibachi rice. These items would have been extra $ to an already expensive meal.

    1st of all taking drinkorders i asked for plain water they put it with lemon and it had seeds so i asked for water no lemon because i never asked for lemon, it took 35 minutes to even get a chef. Then, once we got a chef someone who has a (gluten allergy wanted gluten free soy). So the chef used it, it was absolutely disgusting. I asked could they redo my fried rice with the regular soy sauce they got upset. By the time I got my rice the meal was almost over. The steak I couldn't get it cooked in garlic butter because of the gluten person so it didn't taste the same. The same for my chicken. It didn't taste the same. I asked for a manager no one ever came. It was my significant others birthday I made it known they sung for the other birthday at the table and gave them their birthday treat. We got 0. Then we wouldn't have even gotten the icecream that comes with the 6th course if I hadn't said something. And when you spend 130$ after taxes for a dinner for 2. It was not a good experience.
