   Drinks took 20 minutes to come out , they forgot my steak so everyone had there food before me i had to wait i come here often and this was the worst experience yet the cook was amazing but waiter and service sucked !

   Very good food and fun experience, food portions much less than previous visits and only white rice was included in hibachi meals ( $8 up charge for noodles or fried rice)

   Bad experience. Very crowded and noisy. Hibachi chef Dan was very good and food was fine. Issue was manager Tom would not accept birthday voucher for $30 and stated had to wait 30 days to use it? The discount voucher was the only reason we went there. Makes no sense and he had zero interest in helping the situation. Then our server attempted to charge us twice for a $250 bill - had to wait even longer after the birthday voucher situation to resolve the final bill. Manager and staff need training in customer service and their own birthday voucher program. Won’t be back to this location.

   The food, wait staff, and chef were all excellent. However, making a reservation made no real difference in terms of getting seated. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were told to wait while they prepared a table for us. After standing there for some time another group came in and indicated that they did not have a reservation — they were walking in. The host took their information and then another staff member told them to follow them as their table was ready. Then another person came and announced that our table was now ready and they walked us to the same table they had just taken this other group to. It was clear to me that we would have been seated just as fast, maybe faster, without a reservation. I talked with the manager who said if I didn’t like the table we could go back to the waiting area and wait for yet another group to arrive — missing my point that making a reservation and then having to wait until another group arrived to get seated made the reservation worthless. He seemed to care less and simply said that is the way they do it.

   Macho was a fantastic chef and was very entertaining as well. The food was amazing and making this memory with my kids was so special. I can’t recall our servers name but she was attentive and also provided great service. I don’t dine out much at all so I am very thankful when I can enjoy a delicious meal in a great environment that doubles as a fun experience.

   Bar seating is exceptional if you don’t want to sit through performance. Recommend- if you like the food - but want something quiet and little more low key.

   My reservations were for 730..my party wasn’t seated until about 35/45 minutes later where we waited 30 more minutes for our drinks to arrive it was 930 and the chef hadn’t even started cooking our food. We eventually ended up leaving without any food..literally ruined my birthday dinner.

   It was an experience. My salmon was over cooked and they acknowledged that. They didn’t honor the birthday certificate but it was ok. Drinks were amazing.

    Terrible experience. We had a chef with zero experience, no show, serving the food on the plates until he burned one of the diners. Besides, he took too long to cook compared to the rest (more than 3 hours) for the table of 7. Terrible, not recommended at all.
