   We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time and then had to wait another 10 minutes before a waiter even approached us. Soups and salads arrived an hour after our booking time, followed by another 20-minute wait before the chef started cooking. The waitress insisted that everyone in our group had to order the add-on of fried rice and noodles instead of the standard white rice, even though we clearly didn’t need that much. We ended up paying €7.50 × 4 when just two portions would have been plenty. Second and third drinks took far too long to arrive and were even forgotten at times. On top of that, the waitress was erratic and unprofessional. She didn’t apologize for the service issues and instead defensively claimed that tips were shared among all staff. We usually tip generously, but this experience was so disappointing that we only left 10%. Nearly €300 for two adults and three kids—unacceptable for a mediocre dinner. Go to Kobé! It’s way better, cheaper and the Experience is legit!

   The food was tasty but it was cold, the service wasn’t great at all. The server helping the table next to us was great though. I wish my tip could have gone to her.

   7:00 reservation, didn’t sit until 7:40. Chef didn’t come out until 9:20. Food as good. Jeff the chef was very personable.

   Very good service, food needed a little more seasoning, our chef was very engaging. Quite noisy as it was very busy.

   This is my second time at this Benihana’s. It’s a very popular and busy location. We were sat 25mins after our reservation and the we waited almost 20more minutes for our server and it was a little over 40mins when our chef finally arrived. I noticed other tables were being sat and in a span of 20mins, they had their drinks, soups and salads brought to them roughly around the same time their chef was going to the table. I have no clue why our table took so long to get everything. Other than that the food was good but the wait was honestly discouraging. When we got around to our dessert portion of our meal, we had to wait for our ice cream and by the time we got it, everyone at my table’s ice cream was partially melted. Overall it was an okay experience.

   The food is very delicious. Only thing is that we had to wait close to an hour for the chef to come, but not really upset about that as they were super busy and the place was full, but the wait staff was awesome.

   Food was amazing, as always. Service from the chef and waitress was great. They were extremely short staffed. We sat at the bar before ordering dinner and they had one bartender working that was from a different location. She was great and doing the best she could, making drinks for the whole restaurant, bar, and lounge area all by herself. We waited at the hibachi table for over an hour before our chef came and started cooking. I will say, we have been to this location multiple times during our vacations over the years, and this is the first bad experience we’ve had.

    Very overpriced. Extra for rice or noodles. We were given very dirty wine glasses twice. Service was slow for basic things like silverware. Food was not worth the crazy prices.
