   Told the waitress that I could not have seafood, but it ended up on my order and on my plate. Had to remake it which took longer while everyone else was eating.

   Food awesome! However, prices have increased a great deal since last visit and chef didn’t do many activities.

   My favorite spot when it comes to celebrating my birthday, and I’m glad it occurred to me to reserve a table in advance this year (last year they were all booked)! The food is outstanding, the chefs always make it such a fun experience, and the servers are on point. Can’t recommend this place enough.

   Celebrated my sons birthday and the chef may have been new or not versed in Benihana ways but he did not do any of the fun things like throwing food to catch etc which is the fun that my son was looking forward to and the reason he chose Benihana for his birthday. Disappointed.

   Vegetables were undercooked. Received an upcharge that we were not made aware of ahead of time. One of the course items was never brought to our table. Was offered a birthday dessert, was never brought the chosen dessert, and they tried to charge us for said dessert. When we asked them to remove it from the ticket (as we never received it, and it was supposed to be complimentary anyways) they removed only a portion of the charge for it, and we had to have the ticket corrected again. A rather disappointing birthday dinner overall.

   There was a lot of employee chatter which was distracting during our meal. Also, whenever my wife and I are seated by ourselves at a chef's table it seems that we get a chef who is either new or just doesn't deliver the level of entertainment we expect here.

   Benihana was a pleasant experience. The food was great, but if you do not like garlic, I don’t think you’re going to like the fried rice. The chef was amazing he did a bunch of tricks to entertain us. Have we had words the server, not coming back to get the check and started attending at the tables and us having to take the check to the door and still left without getting our change, but we considered it as a tip .

   This is my favorite restaurant..I frequent this location every week. The bartenders, waiters and manager are all awesome.

   Somehow they seemed to have much smaller portions vegetables at lunch time than before. Also the Calamari was so thick & hard was a slab they used like a chicken wing. This was the first time it looked that way & was horrible. The lady waiting on our table was excellent. The Chef needs work on his onion train. Maybe he did not care since ce we were adults

    Are cooked over cooked our food, it had lots of burned edges on the onions and the rice. Then are filets were over cooked we had medium rare and the came out medium well. It’s very disappointing to waste that type cut steak.
