   Server was rushing me to eat cane to ask if i was done with my salad n not even a bite was taken out if it then proceeds to ask if we are ready for ice cream right when the chef is done making all the food not even enough time to eat my food before dessert. Then yall prices have become more but a smaller menu.

   My colossal shrimp were quite small. My daughter’s steak was not good. Just did not live up to expectations for sure. Other meals were fine, and the chef was very nice though. When I walked out 2 guys at the front completely ignored me which was weird. I told my son normally people say bye or have a nice day.

   Had a very nice lunch! Server was very nice to me, but seemed a bit annoyed when others asked for extra items. Chef’s food was very good, but I didn’t gel with his sense of humor. He gave extra fried rice only to the ladies (his words) because his “mother raised him right.” Well, let the ladies give you extra on your tip - as I’m sure that would please your mother, as well. Manager is always friendly and works hard to give customers a great dining experience.

   We discovered Chef Jojo in 2024, and he takes time preparing each entree and ensuring it is seasoned to perfection. We now visit the Benihana in Plano about every 6-8 weeks.
