   Food was good, but prices have gone up significantly. $7 for switching steam rice to fried rice is not worth it. We were also expecting a better performance from the chef. It seemed rushed and not much entertainment, which is what you’re really paying for. The hostess took a family photo that she printed but my son, the birthday boy, came out with his eyes closed. When we asked if she can take it again, she didn’t seem too happy so we just told her to take it with our phones - no need to reprint. Really wanted to love it because we have had a good experience before and wanted it to be memorable for our son, but seems like the service quality has gone down and what you get for what you pay does not commensurate.

   Food was great! Took my Mother to celebrate her birthday and we both had the Ocean Treasure, which consisted of cold-water lobster tails, Hokkaido scallops and colossal shrimp, as well as the Benihana onion soup, Benihana salad, hibachi shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables (zucchini and onions) along with homemade dipping sauces and fried rice.

   We had awesome experience beginning even before we arrived. I had to push my reservation by 30 minutes due to circumstances beyond my control. This was done cheerfully. Our server went out of his way to ensure we had an awesome experience, and our chef put a smile on everyone's face and the food was awesome.

   Prices have gone up and choices have gone down. The restaurant is showing its' age. You would think that a chain like this would spend some money and update\paint.

   Server was rushing me to eat cane to ask if i was done with my salad n not even a bite was taken out if it then proceeds to ask if we are ready for ice cream right when the chef is done making all the food not even enough time to eat my food before dessert. Then yall prices have become more but a smaller menu.

   The food was bland, not the quality we had in years past. We were freezing at our table, when I said something to manager, he said they were having trouble with the AC. Why did they seat us there? It was not worth what we paid, we won't be going back.

    My colossal shrimp were quite small. My daughter’s steak was not good. Just did not live up to expectations for sure. Other meals were fine, and the chef was very nice though. When I walked out 2 guys at the front completely ignored me which was weird. I told my son normally people say bye or have a nice day.
