   Horrible experience. Reservation was at 11pm, got seated at 12am and left by 1:14am with no cook on site. Kept getting postponed. Whole table left and take in mind this is on Valentines night

   It’s not the Benihana restaurant I once knew. It was dirty, food and napkins on the floor. Not going back

   Been going to this Benihana’s for 30 years but the last 2 times it has not been the same. Not sure if the chefs are getting proper training. The chef was leaving without having cooked the chicken that came with my husband’s meal so he had to be reminded and he had already cleaned the grill. So he cooked the chicken and when my husband bit into it the chicken was raw. We just paid and left but we won’t be back to this Benihanas’s because the decline is too much to ignore anymore. Also one server for the whole room is not acceptable but that’s a management issue.

   Very crowded and waited 20 minutes past reservation time. 1 hour wait at table for a chef to arrive, but he was very good. Food is good there and to be fair, not always this long of a wait. We will definitely return again.

   The wait time was 1.5 hours to be seated, even after having a reservation. Once seated, we waited another HOUR to finally have our chef begin our meal. A 2.5 hour wait, and another group that was seated after us had their appetizers out before our group. The manager has no easy job, and did his best to assure us we didn’t get skipped but the chef was a huge part of the delay. It appears they’re either under staffed or time management is not a priority. Again, if you’re going here with a reservation, expect to wait awhile for your meal. On behalf of the chef, he was not worth the wait. At one point, he had the audacity to ask “Are you still hangry”? That’s the type of customer service you can anticipate at this location.
