   I mean, it's our fault. We keep going back expecting a different experience. Wait is extremely long despite having a reservation. Food is good. It's too loud. Service was ok... waitress kept getting our order wrong, charged the wrong amounts on wrong cards. I mean it's a mess.

   Víctor, our Chef, was outstanding. The service provided by Riley was outstanding as well. We are thankful to them both for making our dinner experience great.

   Took forever to seat us and took forever to find us a chef. We noticed that the managers friends’ walked in after us and immediately got seated and gave them a whole table to themselves. Unfair and the service is terrible

   I took my niece for her birthday and it was her first time going. I’ve been here many times and I know what to expect. The service was poor. We waited a long time between drinks and our soup/salad. Our chef overly seasoned our food making it unbearable to eat. She did hardly any entertainment We got our bill and then had to ask for our ice cream. No birthday song for my niece and no photo. We asked for containers 3x. I asked our server if they were under staffed and she said yes. When I walked out she was just chatting with the hostess. Overall just a bad experience.

   It’s been few years since the last time we dine at Benihana.
