   The restaurant was kind of dirty. It wasn't a clean as it used to be. There were just way too many people waiting in front lobby and bar area. Everyone said they had to wait almost an hour to be seated. We had a 7:00 reservation, but didn't get seated till 8:05. Then had to wait almost another 1/2 before chef came out to cook. We ended not able to eat our dinner till after 9:00. Employees were very nice and felt bad for customers having to wait so long. They all said corporate changed their appointment, seating... Bottom line is they're allowing people to make reservations when they don't have the capacity to fist all those people at that time slot. For the price we paid, we didn't think it was worth all the hassle of having to wait so long. (no point of making a reservation if you still have to wait for an hour) We don't think we would be coming back. It's sad because this is not the first time we've been here, and it used to be a really nice and fun place to have dinner with family and friends.

   Trever Johnson was the best at our table. He was the most interactive and keep us smiling and laughing the whole time. Our sever Eric was equally the best at keeping all things amazing for us as well. Can’t wait to be back, and see them both!!

   It’s a treat to eat at Benihana’s for our family. The entertainment, meal & service was great. We thought we were going to get ice cream. We were told it was not available for our $30 plus meals. Another sad change We were a little disappointed but everything else was great. Missed the green tea ice cream

   We waited a whole extra hour then another 30 minutes before we even got a chef in front of us. They were so busy. But the food was good. The chef was great. We had Trevor. He cooked and entertained great.

   The food was great however it was a little too loud, but just to be expected. The cook had only been cooking for six months so, he did not go through the normal show and it took him about an hour and a half to two hours to cook everything. I normally wait for all of my food to be on my plate before I start eating, but by the time I actually had everything on my plate my rice was entirely too cold despite the fact that it was flipped upside down so that it would stay warm. On the positive side everything was very well seasoned and delicious.

   Our chef, Paul, gave us a great show for our daughters birthday dinner. He had good energy, was funny and cooked a delicious meal for all! Would highly recommend

    To start, he prices are out of control. Our chef was just eh... And our waitress was HORRIBLE. We waited and waited to have things cleared, never once did she ask of we wanted our drinks refilled. I had to hunt her down once to get my boyfriends soda refilled. I asked 3 times for a ramekin for my to go container, She was just absolutely horrible.
