   My girlfriend and I haven’t been to a Benihana’s in 10 years. 10 years later, they are still going stronger than ever. As soon as we stepped in, I could immediately smell the delicious aroma. Despite frequent power issues, leading to computer issues, they did not let it stop them from putting on an amazing show, performing with amazing service, and cooking the most amazing hibachi stir fry anywhere. I am in the culinary business myself and the hibachi shrimp was absolutely to die for, cooked to perfection and flavored with love. My girlfriend also tried their sushi for the first time which neither of us have ever had. They have some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. But my absolute favorite is still their amazing mustard sauce. I could eat with that sauce absolutely all day. Benihana still remains one of my top favorite restaurant spots to visit. Thank you so much for an amazing meal and experience!

   Staff was very attentive and she would check in on us to make sure that we are ok and would ask if we need anything. My only dissapointment was that there was no green tea ice cream!

   Even with a reservation we had to wait over an hour to be seated. They should really tell you this when checking in.

   Chef Eric was amazing! Everything tasted just right. We felt like there wasn't enough air flow so the air quality was not so good.

   The reservation was at 6:45pm but we had still had to wait 30 minutes before being seated. By the time we got any food it was nearly 8pm. The service and food was good but the wait time ruins it. Why have a reservation system if you still have to wait for a table.

   The menu really shouldn't say "Fill menu available upon request" if it's really not available upon request. I truly have never had a bad experience until this last time and we're frequent Benihana customers, especially at this location. We checked in early for our reservation and had all of the party present but another family who just walked in and checked in after us got seated before us, not a big of a deal, We sat down and asked for the full menu and were denied the full menu. I'm not sure if our chef was new, or just not happy to be there that early in the morning but he was lacking personality and tricks . He didn't really engage with us and he switched the steaks around , gave New York strip to 2 of our guest s that ordered filet mignon and then under cooked the steak for one of our guests that requested well done. The food lacked flavor that I usually look forward to when coming here Overall it was overpriced and underwhelming.
