   Chef and food was great. Sushi was forgettable (but not the price lol). But the waitress/server was awful. She acted like every refill or request was an inconvenience and forgot to offer us ice cream that came with our meal. Felt very rushed out.

   Horrible meal prepared improperly and the manager didn’t even acknowledge the problem. Didn’t even attempt to correct the food. Poor service. We will not be returning.

   I never tire of the Benihana experience. Chef Juan-San put on a good show and kept the energy going.

   The fried rice was the best I've ever had there. Our chef made everything tasty. Unfortunately they were short staffed. We didn't get seated until 40 minutes after our reservation. The "wait" staff lived up to their name. I get that they were short staffed (someone out sick?) but the workers didn't check up on us much and we had to wait at least 15 minutes for our check. Usually it's about a 1.5-2 hour meal/experience. With all the delays we were there for almost 3 hours. Givin all the delays, I felt they would have comped us some free drinks or desert. Usually they take your photo and frame it. Not sure if they stopped doing the photos or if being short staffed caused them to forget to take them. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy Benihanna's and will continue to go. Unfortunately this was our worst experience going there. The food itself was great as our chef seasoned and prepared it probably the best we've ever had there. His "performance" was a little weak but he was extremely friendly and his cooking skills were top notch which saved the night.

   Came here for a birthday parties with friends and we all had a blast! Some saki bombs, steak, fried rice, and entertainment! Great start to the night

   It was great fun, and delicious. Ryan kept us entertained the whole time while simultaneously cooking s delicious meal. We really enjoyed it and can’t wait to come back!

   While celebrating my Birthday! The food and drinks were good the waitress however, failed to tell the cook that I have a gluten allergy which wasn't made known to the cook until he had already begin serving luckily I had eaten here before so I knew the sauces that were served to me were in fact not for me and once the cook knew I had the allergy (after being informed by the waitress who failed to tell him before hand about said allergy) outside of this imperative information regarding Allergies! everything else was good

   We ordered a 6 course dinner. The entree came out before the soup and salad completely out of order. By the time our barely warm soup came out with the salad, our entree was cold. Then the dips did not come out. We had to ask for them. It was the worst experience we ever had at Benihana’s. Also my wife ordered a hot sake at start of our meal and that never came out, I had to go to counter and ask for it.

    This Benihana has dropped down the quality list in the last few years! Our party had Eric, an inexperienced and humorless chef who couldn’t get anything right and was crazy clumsy. We had to send the food back. Chicken and steak poor quality and overcooked. SO NOISY! Couldn’t hear ourselves speak. Never go back again.
