   We are long time customers. The place can use some updating and a deep cleaning. No hot sake ? Def should make sure the machine works. The staff was very good from Louis the server, Hector the chef and Andy the manager. They all were very accommodating. Food is consistent and very good.

   Our recent visit to Benihana was underwhelming, to say the least. While the food was okay, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than we remember from past visits, which was disappointing given the prices. One of the most disappointing aspects was the hibachi experience. Typically, the chefs at Benihana are entertaining and engaging, making the meal feel special. Unfortunately, our chef started off with a brief interaction, but after that, he was quiet and didn’t put on the usual show. It felt like he was just going through the motions, and it really took away from what is supposed to be the signature Benihana experience. To make matters worse, while we were waiting for our table, we witnessed a manager yelling at one of the employees right in the front of the restaurant. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and left a bad impression. I felt so bad for the employee being berated in such a public way. Overall, the combination of smaller portions and a disappointing hibachi experience made this visit fall short of expectations. Benihana has always been about the food and the fun, but this time, both aspects were missing. I hope they address these issues for the sake of their guests and employees alike.

   We went for lunch on Sunday. There was a short wait to put more people at our hibachi table but we noticed the restaurant filled up quickly shortly after. Food was tasty and hibachi performance was great! Server was busy but he did his job well. Prices are reasonable. Good experience!

   I loved the food & had an all over good time just I was pretty disappointed that everyone was getting a happy birthday thing except our table. There was two birthdays at the table but we were kinda rushed in and out even with the reservation. Also we had to wait longer because they didn't heat the stove & our chef just walked away. Which seemed to make our chef upset. We also sat in the coldest spot. I was fighting for my life to stay warm which just made me feel sick tords the end of the night. We also were promised Green Tea & Ice cream with our meal but instead of even asking for dessert they just shoved the check in our faces. The only thing that would make me come back is the food. I wish my birthday could have gone better there to be honest.

   Went for happy hour. We were seated 20-30 mins after checking in,(just 2 of us). There was a woman with 2 of her children who were finishing up and 2 ladies who were seated before we were got there. The waitress was nice. Keep in mind the restaurant was pretty much empty. We ordered our food. We waited atleast a 45 mins for our food which came out around the same time as the 2 ladies who were there before us. The food was good. However they served cheeseburgers but no condiments. Sonya (the waitress) stated ketchup was scarce but she’ll try to find me some. It was never mentioned again. So I saved it for lunch. After finishing our food I realized she hadn’t brought out the wings I’d ordered. When I brought it to her attention she stated (NOW KERP IN MIND HOW LING WE WAITED FOR THE FOOD WE DIS RECEIVED AND THE TIME WE TOIK TO EAT THE FOOD) after the checking in back she was told the wings were frozen and had to thaw out and if I still wanted them it would be about 20 mins..the 20mins turned into 1/2 hr or more. The place was EMPTY. Even in the back where the grills are we just about empty (maybe 2-3 grills being used. There was no reason for the long wait. There was no apology from management, nothing. The service as a whole.. SUCKED The food was good.

   We got there early, took about 30 minutes to sit down for our reservation. Food was good, server was great! He was always checking on us & very kind. Definitely he was the added bonus.

    Even though we had a reservation we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Then we waited another 15 before we had drinks served. Place was packed and uncomfortably loud with screaming kids all over the place. Food was ok not bad not great. Our waitress said they were short staffed and our hibachi cook seemed upset. Not a fan not returning here. Sorry
