   I enjoyed the food and service. I went during Queens fest week and it was hard to decide on my meal. I will definitely go back to try other dishes the prices seemed very reasonable.

   I was VERY disappointed with our Restaurant Week experience at Bernardine's. We decided to try the $50- 3 course menu to be able to try several different things, however our experience was less than stellar. Beginning with the wait, we had to wait approx 20 min to be seated though we had reservations, during which time we weren't offered water or bread while waiting at a table upfront. Once seated we were greeted by our waitress , who was cordial but seemed extremely busy, handling several tables at once, when we asked her about certain food items being offered , she had little to no information to provide so she wasn't much help in guiding us thru the menu. We ordered the garlic shrimp, the goat cheese salad, the rib-eye steak and the chicken marsala. While we waited for our first course we could not even carry a conversation as the noise level was very high (definitely not what we were expecting at this restaurant) salad and shrimp arrived, a few mins later the bread arrived (in my opinion the best part of the meal), then our second course arrived, the taste of the steak and chicken marsala could both be compared to something ordered at a Golden Corral, and finally the dessert which i would qualify the same as the second course. When finished we looked at the food items at the table next to us, which obviously weren't ordered from the Queens Feast menu, and made us wish we had ordered off the regular menu, unfortunately we probably wont come back to not chance the same experience again. We usually try to venture to new restaurants for restaurant week, but when you have Del Frisco's or the Capital Grill on the list for the same price, it definitely makes you not want to wonder off after an experience like this. I really hope they learn and offer better choices next time around.

   Food and service were great. Acoustics not so. Could hardly hear ourselves talk due to the crowd and noise.

   Wonderful food and service. Manager and wait staff are so kind and friendly. They remembered us from previous visits. Will go there as often as I can.

   We celebrated our 57th wedding anniversary with lunch at Bernadin’s on January 13th,and it was a great experience! The staff ,especially our server Alex, was especially friendly and attentive making us feel truly special. The menu offered a variety of delicious options. Spring rolls,black bean soup,crab cakes and turkey sandwich were delicious. The portions were generous and nicely presented. The nicest touch was a complimentary dessert with a candle. We are definitely going to return and bring family and friends.

   We received excellent service. We were not rushed through our meal, but the server was aware that we had an event after our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   What a very good dining experience! Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Ambience was amenable from the table seating, the meal, the clearing, the outstanding waiter, and the table clearing. Without a doubt, I would bring guests to Bernardin's again.

   This definitely has to be in my top restaurants after eating here for the first time. My waitress was nice and fast. She helped me pick what I should order and ended up getting the duck spring rolls and lamb chops. Never been a fan of plum sauce but it went so well with the spring rolls. I also ordered the Carmel cheesecake and the flavor was phenomenal. Overall 10/10.

   Arrived and was seated. Server did not come to table for over 15 minutes, maybe more. Server at the table next to mine did not alert my server or offer give water until they appeared. The guests on both his tables left. 2 others came and helped him change the table and still none went to get my server or asked if I had been helped. Finally my guest had to ask them to get the server. They went to get her finally. We placed our order and then the male server next door brought back our drinks. So it is not as though he could not have provided water earlier or helped my table. This reflects very poor service.
