   This was our first time at Bici and it was absolutely incredible. We live in Ramsey and will definitely not only return but will make this our go to place. We were greeted at the door with a huge smile that made us feel excited and extremely welcome. The remaining staff were just as friendly and enthusiastic. Attentive but not overwhelming a balance that was to continue the entire meal. And the meals! Absolutely fabulous. From appetizers to desserts each was perfectly prepared and simply delicious. The best part of the experience was when one of the owners stopped by the table to see if everything was satisfactory and spent several minutes with us discussing the restaurant, his and the chef/owner’s history and getting to know us. This personal interaction is so rare but so necessary as part of the overall success of this establishment.

   We have been going there for years now. Always excellent food, service and ambience. They have just recently expanded which makes the restaurant even bigger and nicer.

   We had a wonderful birthday dinner celebration at Bici. The service is outstanding - from the hostess who seated us to the waiters - all were wonderful and attentive, but not over-bearing. I cannot eat gluten and our waiter went through the whole menu to tell me what was gluten-free and also what could be made gluten-free; very thorough. Ambience was lovely, nice lighting and the noise factor was excellent- just enough sound to not feel stifling, but easy to have conversation at the table. Chairs were comfortable and the seating was well spaced. We shared the meatball appetizer - SO good. And we had the hanger steak, Sunday Gravy and the Salmon - they were all delicious. Kudos to Bici- and thank you for a wonderful birthday evening!! We will be back!
