    We totally enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Biff’s. It had been about 8 years since we were last there, and the ambience, service and dinner was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable about wine selection ( chose the perfect cab sauv) that complemented our dinner choices perfectly. We definitely will return.

    I ordered green salad and 7oz flat iron steak frites with red wine. The price for all of them was $60! Great value indeed. What’s more is that the steak was incredibly tasty including the fries that came with it. The people who made my experience amazing were Victoria and a gentleman whose name I forgot to get (he’s tall and bald) but I assume he is their manager (I think) as he always went around diners’ tables. I phoned BIFF’s and spoke to Victoria saying that I was running late due to bad traffic and car issues. My reservation was for 6pm but I got there at 6:20pm. I didn’t end up losing my table because Victoria made sure that they kept my table until I got there! When I finally was at my table she came by and chatted with me. The gentleman on the other hand made sure that I was attended to quickly because I only had an hour to spare before the show I was going to see was to start. He expedited my order. Overall, I highly recommend BIFF’s for their food and high-quality customer service.

    We enjoyed our date night at Biff French restaurant. We are grateful that we had Al as our server. He was attentive and had a really good personality. I love the sense of humour and knowledge of menu items. We will return and hope to get Al as our server. The beef is very delicious and I also recommend the chicken.. the fish was fishy. I needed more seasoning. The oysters are extremely fresh and from the East Coast. I highly recommend going between four and 6 o’clock when they have half-price oysters and half price bottles of wine. It was a great evening. The hostess at the front desk that took my coat, a great smile and personality. I would recommend that the manager/ sommelier, greet the guest and not just walk around. That was the only thing that uncomfortable. we will definitely try this restaurant again when we are in the city.
