   We booked the restaurant for my daughters 18 birthday and are a family of 10. We had 4 children aged between 9 and 13. Unfortunately on arrival we were seated and then after being seated the host decided to sit a group of 6 clearly drunk and rowdy 20+ years olds next to us. One of them out of nowehere picked up a slippery floor sign and decided to put it on front of my disabled mother. When confronted as to why, he simply said it was funny. Disgusting behaviour and not a suitable place for families in my opion. We naturally decided to leave and it ruined my daughter birthday as it was too late to book somewhere else for such a large party.

   The brunch is a great deal and the food is good. Our waiter Arnaud was brilliant. Fun and friendly while being professional, fast, and attentive.

   Mixed up order, crab shack meal was covered in a very heavy sauce that wasn’t very nice along with a thousand potatoes. I was once a regular but now rarely go

   THE FRESH SEAFOOD WITH THE GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE WAS DELICIOUS. MAYBE WITH TOO MUCH ICE CUBES IN THE DRINK WHICH MADE US ORDER ANOTHER.

   Livello bassissimo della cucina: la ribeye è arrivata scotta (chiesta medium rare) e fredda: rimandata indietro. Le birre ordinate : sbagliate; musica molto forte.

   We arrived early and seated no problem, which we were grateful for. Whilst the wait staff service was great, it was difficult to get servers attention; as we were at a corner table. Also, when payment was taken (assume this was the maitre’d as he had a suit on) didn’t even acknowledge us, assume because they were busy, but still left a bitter sweet taste in your mouth after paying

   We called to say that we were running late and starting from that interaction until the end of our lunch, everything and everyone was superb! Our waiter, Fabio was friendly, attentative and provided excellnt customer service. The food was great as always.
