   Enjoyed our meal as usual. Steak is cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. Krupa our waitress is very friendly and efficient.

   Very disappointed with the food, it turned up cold twice. We were hungry so we ended up eating the food. I wouldn't recommend it

   The food was amazing and the servers were lovely however the food did take quite some time to come - however once it arrived it was lovely!

   I’ve always been a fan of Big Easy over the years, but something has changed! Whether it’s the upper management staff, the cooks or what? But it did not live up to the standard. Food was dry. LONG wait, 35-40 mins between ordering, the table next door also felt this wait and poor service. My husband had to serve us water for the table as our server forgot. We reminded 2 people about a simple side dish. Toilets were not clean. What brought it home as that we were being over charged by £70 as our server/whoever was manning the till incorrectly added our set meals wrong and did each meal individually. I just dont understand how this was missed, given receipts are checked prior. I can only imagine how many people may have overlooked this.

   Came for the Brunch, there was four of us and we found that the menu wasn’t very clear. The unlimited wings and chicken were dry and we asked for a new plate, this was done quickly but the quality of the food was the same. Brunch felt rushed, however our server was really nice.

   We went there for the bottomless brunch. Service was chaotic, it took over 20mins from being seated to get the waiter over and we needed to constantly ask for them to come over. The food was ok, pulled pork was the best bit. Lobster was more like a large shrimp. Beer was good but the cocktail’s were weak. Overall it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great.

   Food was very good for a none GF but didn’t think there was much choice for people with celiac disease. Service was average but ok.

    I’d say avoid. Service was very hot and miss. A bit like the food, chicken was tough as old boots when I told the waitress, she shrugged. Lobsters were so small you had to wonder why they hadn’t been put back. Chips were like warm as they came after the rest of the meal was on the table. Getting a second drink was only accomplished after putting an empty bottle on the ledge after watching 4 members of staff chatting and laughing so much I could t get their attention. Overall food, service and ambience was very poor. I let it rise as the young girl serving us said she was only 17 and clearly hadn’t been trained to do anything. So as I said, there is much better in the area and this is sadly one to give a wide berth too. Shame, as it ruined our evening.
